Return & Refund Policy
At Sole Glow™, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or products that are no longer wanted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may require additional information to review your claim.
If your claim is approved, Sole Glow™ will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Lost Packages
If tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Orders confirmed as lost in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not considered lost. If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please check around your property, ask members of your household or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sole Glow™ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have entered processing or fulfillment.
Because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused, abandoned, or left unclaimed are not eligible for a refund.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from a refused or unclaimed package are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for your bank or payment provider to process and display the funds.
Final Sale Policy
Except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.
